Delivery and returns

Web orders are usually ready to collect by the next working day.

 Collect your parcel from the School Shop any weekday between 9.00am and 5pm or Saturdays 10am - 4pm.

You can also choose to collect from SJS or St Martins receptions (during term time only). Just choose your preferred pick up point at the checkout and make a note of who it is for, so we can make sure it reaches the right student.

If you would like to have your parcel sent to your home, please contact the shop by phone on 01780750349 to discuss your requirements. 

Returns or exchanges can only be processed in store. Please return all items, unused and with their original tags and packaging within 30 days of purchase.

We will also need a receipt or order number to process any returns. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of customised items unless they are faulty.
